Bunny
was adopted from the animal shelter, and she was born somewhere around
September 1993. We thought of names for black cats the whole way home, and couldn’t
come up with anything. We didn’t like any of the usual names. When we turned onto our street, there was a dead bunny
rabbit in the road, I don’t know exactly how, but her name became
"Bunny". She is one of the most beautiful cats I've ever seen
and she knows it. You can always find her laid out on her heated cat pad
or making clicking noises at the birds from inside her cat enclosure.
Bunny passed away on May 2nd 2010. She suffered a blood clot to her lungs after going into kidney failure the week before. She was active and happy till the very end. There are 4 feral cats that are a part of our family too, their names are Coco, Bandit, Augie and Spot, and we love them very much. |
